Chibs’s path to meditation coach was a unique one. He spent his 20s climbing the corporate ladder, and his 30s as Founder and CEO of multimillion-dollar companies. He has a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and he’s a father. Beginners to meditation often spend a significant amount of energy second-guessing whether they are meditating correctly, and wondering how much progress they are making week-on-week. With the cutting-edge Neuro-Meditation Program, we eliminate the guesswork; we allow your body and mind to communicate directly with the technology.
We will use an EEG device widely adopted by neuroscience researchers around the world. The headband uses advanced signal processing to interpret your mental activity which will allow you to be guided with greater accuracy. The technology will enable us to track in real-time when your mind is calm and settled, and when your mind is busy, or your focus drifts.
As well as measuring brain-waves, the device has PPG and pulse oximetry breath and heart sensors. The sensors allow us to do breathing exercises and practice lowering the heart-rate with real-time feedback. We will also use Gyroscope body sensors to train stillness.
In many ways, psychological tests are similar to medical tests. If you have physical symptoms, a doctor might order X-rays or blood tests to understand what’s causing your symptoms. The results of the tests will help develop a treatment plan. In a similar way, we will use the results of psychometric testing to measure and observe your psychological state.
The data will serve two functions. First, it will help guide the sessions, and second, it will give us a baseline to assess the success of the Program.
