BODY SCAN

The body scan helps us to find stability of mind and cultivates mindfulness over time. You will bring attention to your body, noticing different sensations, as you mentally scan through the various areas.

AWARENESS OF BREATH

Following the breath helps focus the mind and bring you back to the present moment. We can drop out of the business and ‘doing’ of the problem-solving mind, down into the body.

I'M TRIGGERED

The S.T..I.L.L. Technique helps us deal with situations when we get emotionally triggered. It helps to turn off the fight or flight response and get your body back into a calm and relaxed state.
