Stress & Burnout
- What is the format? – One 90-minute session online via Zoom.
- What will I receive? – Access to my online daily meditation circle, with downloadable guided meditations and video content; tools to manage stress, burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, negative thinking, procrastination and anger.
- What will we do? – We will develop two distinct domains: tools and resilience. We will create your personalised toolkit. You will access your toolkit when stressed, overwhelmed, or confronted with a challenge. I will set you up for a daily mindfulness meditation practice to boost baseline resilience. With increased resilience, you will require less frequent access to your toolkit.
