Stress & Burnout

  • Who should do it? – Anyone suffering from chronic stress or burnout and wants a practical, evidence based program. Take the short quiz to find out if you are suffering from stress or burnout.
  • What is the format? – Ten one-hour sessions over 3 months online via Zoom. We will begin with an in-depth exploration and assessment session followed by eight one-hour sessions over eight weeks. We will have a break for one month while you integrate everything you’ve learned and we will come back for our final session. There will be daily mindfulness meditation practice, and daily integration of your toolkit.
  • What will I receive? – A 146-page digital handbook; access to the online course portal with downloadable guided meditations and video content; tools to manage stress, burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, negative thinking, procrastination and anger.
  • What will we do? – We will develop two distinct domains: tools and resilience. We will create your personalised toolkit. You will access your toolkit when stressed, overwhelmed, or confronted with a challenge. We cultivate a daily mindfulness meditation practice to boost baseline resilience. With increased resilience, you will require less frequent access to your toolkit.
  • How much does it cost? – $1,497.

“I just wanted to reach out to you to thank you for last Thursday’s workshop. It was a fabulous 90-minutes which I thoroughly enjoyed and took a lot of learnings away from and will hopefully implement as required. The feedback from the team has been terrific. I look forward to future sessions.”

What is burnout?

We all have our limits. When the pressures and demands of our daily life excess our ability to deal with them, that’s called stress. When the stress is day in, day out, we call this chronic stress. When we are chronically stressed for months on end, all our coping resources are depleted, and we have nothing left inside us, that is burnout.

Burnout is a serious medical condition that can lead to depression, cardiovascular disease, gut issues and several other dangerous medical problems. It is a mind-body shutdown that involves emotional and physical exhaustion, a bleak or cynical outlook on life, and poor performance due to a high level of fatigue.

Why Chibs?

Following a period of severe burnout that had a disastrous effect on my mental health, I stepped down as CEO of my multimillion-dollar business to reset, recover, and repair the damage to my health.

When I discovered practical, scientifically validated tools and techniques for overcoming stress, overwhelm, difficult emotions, negative thinking, and overthinking, I knew I had to share this with others.

I’ve created a unique framework, integrating Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, positive psychology tools, and years of hands-on experience working with the Vagus Nerve and nervous system.

My program focuses on two distinct domains: tools and resilience.

First, we follow a systematic process to create your personalised toolkit. You will access your toolkit when stressed, overwhelmed, or confronted with a challenge.

Second, we cultivate a daily mindfulness meditation practice to boost your baseline resilience. With increased resilience, you will require less frequent access to your toolkit

We’ll then meet on Zoom for eight sessions over eight weeks. Our sessions will provide motivation, strategy, structure and accountability.

During each session, we will practice mindfulness, mindset or stress-reduction tools. Together we will create a sustainable and straightforward plan that we put into action between sessions. As well as having me by your side between sessions, you will have access to the online portal packed with tools, techniques, videos, guided meditations and other life-changing resources.
