We begin with an in-depth burnout assessment workshop helps us identify our main areas of concern to target our intervention and build a solid foundation.
We’ll then meet on Zoom for eight sessions over eight weeks. Our sessions will provide motivation, strategy, structure and accountability.
During each session, we will practice mindfulness, mindset or stress-reduction tools. Together we will create a sustainable and straightforward plan that we put into action between sessions. As well as having me by your side between sessions, you will have access to the online portal packed with tools, techniques, videos, guided meditations and other life-changing resources.
