I’m a stress and burnout specialist, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) facilitator, former founder, and reformed striver! This introductory online Zoom workshop will teach your team practical stress-reduction and mindfulness techniques that they can use immediately. Chibs will provide coaching on identifying and managing COVID-related stress, particularly during the uncertainty of lockdown. There will be occasions for your team to connect in meaningful ways, with interactive polls and several breakout groups throughout the workshop. There will also be an opportunity to decompress with a practice-led relaxation meditation session.

As a long time meditator who had fallen off the morning meditation wagon, I really appreciated finding Chibs 7-day series (Free, I might add!). This is a great intro or reset course for anyone. There is no religion or spirituality involved, so for those that are averse to that this course is perfect. He offers solid science and citations from various medical studies proving why meditation works. He gives great, practical instructions and easily understood information to get you going on your daily practice. He has a nice groundedness and humor in sharing his knowledge. Chibs has the most grounding soothing meditation voice I've heard and his style is really invitational and inclusive. Have attended in person events with J'escapes, Daybreaker, Supercharged Meditation and completed one of his online mindfulness challenges. His voice and style is really versatile. I was feeling a lot of pressure from work and my home life and wasn’t sure how to be able to look at things from a calm perspective. I’d heard lots about mindfulness and meditation but wasn’t sure how it could possibly work for me. Taking the time for myself to sit and breath and fine the “Rest and Digest” mode has made significant changes to my mental state. New fave way to lower the stress in my body/mind (same thing turns out they’re connected) and feel calmer and healthier. I’m an event producer and fitness coach who also has celiac which is an auto immune condition that gets worse with stress... so high stress work especially the event side (though highly rewarding) with a body that needs to have low stress to function properly. Chibs is an excellent meditation coach. I'd love to call him a guru, only because that would piss him off! So, I won't. He's just a bloody good teacher. I've always struggled to get into mindfulness and meditation. I know I should do it. All the most successful and brilliant people I respect rave about it , but I've just never been able to get my head around it, as it were. Chibs cuts through all the mumbo jumbo and hippy dippy nonsense and explains concepts and practices in clear, calm and measured terms.
