I have a rich history of corporate leadership, having served as a CEO. My transition to becoming a stress and burnout coach was fueled by my personal experiences with stress and burnout and my journey towards mindfulness and personal growth. I developed the MFS framework to help others navigate the challenges of high achievement without succumbing to burnout.
