This introductory online Zoom workshop will teach your team practical stress-reduction and mindfulness techniques that they can use immediately. Chibs will provide coaching on identifying and managing COVID-related stress, particularly during the uncertainty of lockdown. There will be occasions for your team to connect in meaningful ways, with interactive polls and several breakout groups throughout the workshop.
