Following a period of severe burnout that had a disastrous effect on my mental health, I stepped down as CEO of my multimillion-dollar business to reset, recover, and repair the damage to my health.
When I discovered practical, scientifically validated tools and techniques for overcoming stress, overwhelm, difficult emotions, negative thinking, and overthinking, I knew I had to share this with others.
I’ve created a unique framework, integrating Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, positive psychology tools, and years of hands-on experience working with the Vagus Nerve and nervous system.
My program focuses on two distinct domains: tools and resilience.
First, we follow a systematic process to create your personalised toolkit. You will access your toolkit when stressed, overwhelmed, or confronted with a challenge.
Second, we cultivate a daily mindfulness meditation practice to boost your baseline resilience. With increased resilience, you will require less frequent access to your toolkit.
