The Problem
We all have our limits. When the pressures and demands of our daily lives exceed our ability to deal with them, that’s called stress. When the stress is day in, day out, we call this chronic stress. When we are chronically stressed for months on end, all our coping resources are depleted, and we have nothing left inside us, that is burnout.
The Solution
We’ll address physical, mental, and psychological exhaustion, aiming to reduce negativity and cynicism. Through the academy, you'll enhance performance and cognitive ability. Additionally, we'll help you craft a resonating personal purpose statement and vision statement. Together, we'll create SMART goals that align with your vision and set you on the path to achievement.

If you’re suffering from chronic stress or burnout, the Mindfulness Academy is for you.
What is the format?
Ten one-hour sessions over three months via Zoom.
We will begin with an in-depth exploration and introduction session followed by eight one-hour sessions over eight weeks.
We will have a break for a few weeks while you integrate everything you’ve learned, and we will come back for our final wrap-up session.
You will have a daily mindfulness meditation practice, experiment with different tools and techniques to build your personalised toolkit and complete several exercises to inspire and energise you.
Find Your Purpose
An effective purpose statement can light up our path during dark, negative or cynical times and inspire us to shed everything that holds us back.
Develop Fundamentals
A healthy, thriving individual needs to sleep well, eat well, move well and recover well. We will ensure that we are making progress in these four fundamental areas.
Strive & Suceed
We will cultivate a daily mindfulness meditation practice to boost your baseline resilience. With increased resilience, you will require less frequent access to your toolkit.

We all have our limits. When the pressures and demands of our daily life excess our ability to deal with them, that’s called stress. When the stress is day in, day out, we call this chronic stress. When we are chronically stressed for months on end, all our coping resources are depleted, and we have nothing left inside us, that is burnout.
Burnout is a serious medical condition that can lead to depression, cardiovascular disease, gut issues and several other dangerous medical problems. It is a mind-body shutdown that involves emotional and physical exhaustion, a bleak or cynical outlook on life, and poor performance due to a high level of fatigue.

We begin with an introduction session that will set up the program and build a solid foundation.
We’ll then meet on Zoom for eight sessions over eight weeks. Our sessions will provide motivation, strategy, structure and accountability.
During each session, we will practice mindfulness, mindset or stress-reduction tools. We will share challenges and successes from the previous week’s home practice, and together we will create a sustainable and straightforward plan that we put into action between sessions.
