What's your starting point?

Are you at risk of burnout? Just how stressed out are you? Are you Anxious? Depressed? Complete these short questionnaires to find out.

The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) is the most widely used psychological instrument for measuring stress perception. It is a measure of the degree to which we appraise situations in our life as stressful.

Burnout is most often caused by problems at work, however, it can also appear in other areas of life, such as parenting, caregiving, or relationships. A quick and simple way to find if you’re burned out is to take the Burnout self-test.

The GAD-7 screening tool calculates how many common anxiety symptoms you have and based on your answers suggests where you might be on a scale, from mild to severe anxiety.

The PHQ-9 is a widely used screening tool that can assist both in identifying individuals with major depressive disorder, as well as assessing the severity of depression symptoms.

Johns Hopkins University developed the following self-test for identifying alcoholism and addiction. Find out how much alcohol or drugs are affecting and influencing your life.
